Im sorry my english isnt too good, but i keep seeing people asking this question and I wonder aswell but nobody has an answer.

When you pick up your luggage at the airport its so easy to take somebody elses stuff? But nobody does it. I mean of course because most people have a moral compass but there must be people who dont.
