Europe was fine with his shadow fleet until they cut the cables; Maybe that wasn't a smart move?

I think Putin is testing the waters to see how much he can get away with. “Oh, let’s see what happens when I invade Crimea… nothing. What about Ukraine… not too much, okay let’s start poking at other countries… hmmm, more movement but nothing much”

He needs a swift kick in the neck.
