I don't even know what to say. The US is filled with shit and shitty people. I wish those things weren't true but they certainly are.
A lot of them are the academic equivalent of free speech absolutists who think that society is trying to stop them from researching anything controversial. Like they're being punished for thoughtcrimes instead of following/platforming bigots. One philosopher in particular was really disappointing to see on there. Here's the list tho if it's useful. Of course take it with a grain of salt since it's huge and sure to have misfires.
