My (30f) partner (35m) have been together for nearly 3 years. I’ve noticed him checking out other women while we’re out & about over the years which has been fine, I’d say normal?
However last weekend we were at a family bbq and he was constantly staring at my cousins 17yr old friend until I had to pull him aside and ask what on earth he was doing and he said ‘I don’t know what’s wrong with me' and I asked him to leave. Since then he’s deleted all of the thirst traps from his social media (I’ve never had an issue with women he’s never gonna meet on socials) but the reason being is he think it’ll 'help' and he’s committed to changing.
I now feel like this was a much bigger problem than I originally thought or he’s just going over the top and I should appreciate he wants to change? Please help give me some perspective!
