I’ve met 3 people in my life who obsess over it. 1 of them was a teacher who was actually kind but the other 2 where people who bullied me in high school and would use their belief in constant positivity as a way to bully me as stupid as that sounds.
To give you an example, there was this one girl who was making fun of me and when I tried to come up with a come back to defend myself, she said something like ,”ugh I don’t have time for this negativity.” She then went on to repeatedly say things like “I’m glad I’m not miserable” and stuff like that just completely randomly while we where doing our school work and I hadn’t said a word to her.
Has anyone else had similar experiences or are these just strange people I was unlucky enough to have met during my life?
