Pencil for scale. Circuit board, 1 USB plug that lights up an LED when you plug it in. Windows doesn't recognize it as a device. Two little metal leg things with "feet".

dood. don't plug an unknown foreign device in your PC. especially not a Windows PC. It's a common attack vector to leave devices with malware at a site (usually USB dongles, smart watches, chargers or even cables*) you want to hack, so people plug them in where you can't.
FYI. Do not plug random hardware you don’t know the source of into your computer.
Unless you work at an Iranian uranium enrichment facility, then it's fine.
