Russia must really have a problem with even getting enough uniforms for everyone they sent into the meat grinder, I keep seeing so many videos and pictures of Russian soldiers wandering around in a weird mishmash of civilian and military clothing, and the "oh shit these guys aren't ours" dude at the end looked like he had a blue(??) shirt on. Could of course be non-army military clothing, it's not like Russians are picky about who they throw in the grinder
