Will be interesting to see if the fixed correlation and understanding of the car leads to them getting the setup right in a compressed sprint weekend.

I'm just worried that Red Bull are coasting just like the worst years of Mercedes dominance. All this time while other teams are frantically working to catch up, Red Bull are frantically working on the 2024 car.

How significant are the 'penalties' for winning? Are they enough to pull the leaders back and push the bottom of the table upwards?

no, never been.

And aren't the "penalties" really just reduced wind tunnel and CFD time?

Welp. Ok then :')

Perhaps the penalties need to increase if you win WDC / WCC in a row.

Didnโ€™t Williams recently said that Mercedes has 300 mil of factory equipment that they donโ€™t have?

You canโ€™t make up that deficit within the budget capโ€ฆ

Yeah, James Vowles talked about the reality Williams faces because of the deficit in the most recent episode of beyond the grid

Should be a fun battle between Mercedes and Aston, itโ€™s clear we havenโ€™t seen the full pace of the Aston yet as well.
