Post videos you genuinely enjoy and want to share, duh. Celebrate the diversity of interests shared by chapochatters by posting a deep dive into Venetian kelp farming, I dunno. Also media criticism, bite-sized versions of left-wing theory, all the stuff you expected. But I am curious about that kelp farming thing now that you mentioned it.
Low effort / spam videos might be removed, especially weeb content.
There is a cytube that you can paste videos into and watch with whoever happens to be around. It's open submission unless there's something important to commandeer it with at the time.

One of the things that I hate about korean reality talk shows, is that they act comedic about serious topics. Like they just refuse to be negative, as if they are scared that it will make the audience go away or smth.
"In bad Korea, the people are forced to pretend they're happy all the time even while talking about horrible things!" 
It was like watching demons sharing new ways to steal souls. Very disturbing.
It is not a good time to be ~~a child~~ in South Korea
China recently cracked down on private education and mandated the decrease of homework and prioritization of sleep, and the education stocks plummeted lol
SK also tried it but people just don't obey the law and found different ways to torture their children.
