Thou shalt count to three. No more. No less. Three shalt be the number thou shalt count, and the number of the counting shalt be three. Four shalt thou not count, nor either count thou two, excepting that thou then proceed to three. Five is right out.

Even if you have
Teeth like this?

Edit to add: this is why The Holy Handgrenade of Antioch is important. So many life lessons

Flossing is more important. If you are brushing 3+ times a day, I'd sub some brushing out for floss sessions.

I don't know the number, but you can definitely brush too much. My sister in law was obsessive about brushing her teeth so much that the dentist advised her to lay off as she was damaging her teeth enamel.

Brush less hard, buy brushes with softer bristles.

That's what I get told.

That's exactly what I did. Switched to twice a day, slightly less time during each and instead flossing and using non-alcoholic mouthwash.

With great results!

I do not whiten my teeth. I do drink tea.
