I am hoping someone can link me to the kind of telescopes that allow me to take a picture like this. My current telescope was given to me by Santa over 15 years ago and costed maybe 60 bucks. I did manage to see Saturns rings with it but its a blurry mess.

It really depends on how you plan to use the telescope - deep sky, planetary, astrophotography, etc. Here's a good guide to start with.

For what's it worth, I've found an 8 inch Dobsonian to be the sweet spot between price, capability, and ease of use.
