  Pinal County Recorder Dana Lewis, who took control of the elections department last year, has led an overhaul of many processes that’s meant to prevent errors in the coming elections, and the July 30 primary will be the county’s big test.

I grew up in Pinal county and I'm very much not holding my breath.

There's a lot of favoritism and nepotism in Pinal county politics, morso than Pima and Maricopa counties. Likely due to being the most populous, republican dominated county we have.

I think they will actively be MUCH worse this year and it'll be up to massive voter turnout to counter the disenfranchisement.
