The Fantastic Four is an unreleased 1994 superhero film based on the Marvel Comics superhero team of the same name, created by Stan Lee and Jack Kirby. The film features the team's origin and first battle with Doctor Doom. Executive-produced by low-budget specialists Roger Corman and Bernd Eichinger, it was made to allow Eichinger to keep the Fantastic Four film rights. It was not released officially, although pirated copies have circulated since May 31, 1994 as well as various clips being available online.

Wow, great find, I just recently heard about this as an unreleased movie from a podcast, but had no idea there were copies floating around. I'm only 10 minutes in, but it's super weird so far, already pretty fun to watch.

If you expect a B movie, it's pretty good. If you expect an A-tier movie, it's pretty bad.

I think that's why I like corman movies so much, you never think it's going to be amazing, but they're always like pretty good, which seems even better in context of the low expectations.
