Looks like Joy Teriyaki, there’s locations in Vancouver

Joy Teryaki is the restaurant name. Although it's more of a chain-style restaurant it's still great

In Washington and maybe Oregon this is just teriyaki, it's made different than anywhere else in the U.S. I used to go to a place called Kami Teriyaki in Marysville or New Teriyaki & Wok in Auburn. I don't really have a go-to in Seattle but I've never ordered teriyaki there that I hated.
