Upvoted, but people did not turn agains Hitler even during the massive massive bombing raids on major during cities.
The upvote is for hope though.
it's a good point, and it's not helpful to be too optimistic and so on.. but, i really don't think we can compare the two, especially in terms of their respective abilities to inspire their fellow countrymen.. Russia is considerably less secure that way..
there weren't a lot of mercenary armies riding around challenging the Wehrmacht..
I hope thatβs the case and that they donβt actually feel anger for the attack and more committed to the war in Ukraine.
all of the zealots are riding around with Prigozhin or dead.. the smart ones got out.. all that's left are cowards.. they won't protect Putin.. this is the problem with the way he does things..
the thing we learned here int he US in the 40s and 50s was that nobody is ever really loyal to a gangster.. and that's all he's ever been..
