Am I the only one surprised it wasn't more than 2 years? It's amazing how many people say they'll be a responsible gun owner, but then aren't. Neither of my gun owning friends have any of their guns locked up or even behind locked doors.

Acquaintance of mine I was in his basement smoking weed from his home made gravity bong and right on the table was a gun. Loaded. And his toddler running around. He even picked it up and started waving it around showing it off to another friend and I had to make a scene telling him to either shoot me now or put the goddamn thing away.

Same, none of my gun owning friends have theirs in a safe. They'll just have it sitting out in some room and then be like "well there shouldn't be any kids or irresponsible people in this room so it will be fine"
