Not seen anyone else mention it so I'll give a nod to Tron: Uprising. Great voice cast and it had a great ending to lead into season two. Thanks Disney.
Heavens Lost Property, by AIC who animated the first two seasons.
The "Eternal My Master" movie didn't follow source material and had a totally different art style. Was not well regarded.
LOST. Except they actually -were- dead the whole time. That would really fuck with the fanbase so hard.
Jericho
Has to be Freaks and Geeks!
Firefly 2 as sequel of the movieπ
Of course, there are the classics: Firefly, Better Off Ted, Hannibal, Carnivale (::shakes fist at the air::).
But I'd love to see the rest of The Nevers. They unveiled the big twist and there are 6 more episodes floating in the ether yet to be aired.
Lockwood & Co. was so perfectly cast. It broke my heart not to get a season 2!
I'd love to see more of "Don't Trust the B... in Apt. 23." Kristen Ritter was so great in that!
And I'd like to see how the relationship in "Selfie" played out, it ended on such a hopeful note. Karen Gillan and John Cho had a weird, quirky chemistry.
I had no idea that they cancelled Lockwood & Co! Ugh thatβs depressing. That show really surprised me and I liked it a lot.
Would have been great to see some more Chappelle Show back in the day. Nearly every episode is quality, quotable material. Shame it abruptly ended after the whole contract void thing.
Salvation (2017-2018)
It wasn't a great series or anything but (spoilers) -
spoiler
the asteroid threat turned out to be an alien spaceship
and HOW COULD YOU JUST LEAVE THAT CLIFFHANGER UNRESOLVED
Gravity Falls.
There are not many shows that I enjoy and my kids enjoy as well. It was such a cute heartful show. One more season would have been nice.
Jericho, I know we got the final season comic but it isn't the same. One more season to finish it off would've been perfect.
still pretty butthurt about Stargate Universe being cancelled
Firefly Battlstar galactia (v2)
The first few that come to mind is
- Breaking Bad.
- Mr. Robot.
There's probably more but I haven't watched TV in so long it's gonna take me some time to think back. I'll update if any more come to me.
Dirk Gently, the BBC America/Netflix one.
First season, phenomenal! Second season was pretty good, not as good as the first but still good. It set up a lot of things that were then not continued and I just want to know what they had planned.
Also Snowpiercer: You've filmed it, you've edited it, just let us see it!
(Edit: posted this as a reply to someone else. My bad!)
The original Star Trek series.
Sense8 for sure, that show was awesome but Netflix pulled the plug because apparently it was way too expensive to film.
