Watch how much it stops when the El Nino goes brutally dry. Brace yourself for the news articles about the poor farmers with starving stock.
I'd hazard a guess that it does.
The sceptic in me suggests that with El Nino returning farmers might be destocking before the inevitable drought.
Eat more goat, real cheap if you can find it! Plus more ethical than beef, etc.
