Murders and violence against the EuroMaidan Revolution's participants were carried out by Ukrainian law enforcement officers under the orders of Ukrainian authorities and Russia's guidance, according to a conclusion by the Prosecutor General's Office, Interfax-Ukraine reported on Feb. 19.

But I was assured that this was all the West's fault, and Russia was blindsided by a sudden spasm of political violence wholly created by the CIA, and had to leap to action to protect the innocent, up to and including its actions of the present day

To be fair russian disinformation worked well on many people, including some Ukrainians

Yeah. I think it's safe to say that Russia and China have figured out how to massively influence public opinion through careful engineering of social media.

I am quite sure that some people who've assured me of Russia's good intentions in all of this, and some people who've firmly been relaying to me certain of their views on US politics, are genuine for-real people who've been engineered to think what they think because they see other "people" saying the same on social media.
