Nitrogen is where it's at. Microsoft built a test underwater data centre up in Scotland, while the underwater feature and tidal power were nice, the main takeaway was that running a server farm completely in nitrogen drastically reduces component failure. If there's no oxygen, there's no sparks, so stuff takes longer to fail. The nitrogen temperature can be managed as part of the ventilation system, and will affect the entire PCB rather than just specific components.
