The queens partake in Flamengo mini-challenge while being judge by the one and only Charo! For the maxi challenge, they have to design their own runways, and design their dolls, in a combination of a design and a branding challenge.
Well that was a dumb decision by Sapphira. I was surprised to see her in her head, I thought she was tougher than than. I think Q killed it on the runway, but Dawn killed it branding wise. It was very cute seeing how all the girls were joyous for Q finally snatching her first win <3
The mini-challenge was son fun. When Charo took Ru by the hand and made him raise her arm. I died... She is such a light and it's so obvious that Ru absolutely loves her. I love seeing them together.
Mhi'ya absoluely devoured that lip sync. Holy shit. For future all stars forget about lip sync assassins and just have Mhi'ya battle all the girls LOL

Is it just me or was Plane overpraised and Mhiya forced towards the bottom? To me Xunami and Geneva were bottom looks for sure. And I would've put Megami in the top over Dawn and Plane. I didn't realize that blue and orange go so well together
And my image of Sapphira being this confident queen is now completely shattered. I feel like she's been fading in the background in the last two eps. or so. It feels like Plane is gonna be pushed to at least top 3 at this point. I still hope Nymphia takes the crown

And now that you mention it, I do feel Plane's look was a bit overly praised. Maybe the judges were seeing something that we couldn't from watching in via screen, but I also feel Plane is definitely making it to the finale, or at least top 4.

Truthfully I feel like Dawn was given a pass on this one. She didn't match her doll very much, and there were a lot of badly unfinished details in her final dress. The front especially was ill-fitting (though the back was gorgeous and deserved that call out). I would have put her safe and my partner thought she belonged in the bottom.
That Nymphia was considered safe instead of a top placement was an obvious production moment, as well. Hers was way better than Q's, but Q needed this win to avoid the Jan edit. The saving grace was that incredible headpiece but otherwise it was kind of an ugly dress due to the fabrics being on the hideous-side. Very well executed, though.
I like Q and think she was top-placement worthy, so despite feeling that this was a production story moment and not as fully earned as it should have been, I'm glad she got her moment. I loved how the queens reacted to it, especially.
I felt like most of the looks were … not good this week. The only one I really liked was Q, which turned out quite nice (tho I think the wings didn’t look so good). Bummer that Sapphira couldn’t finish the opera coat, I would have liked to see that.

well technically that could be until the semi-final. It wouldn't look good for a queen to make the finals via immunity
