Reminds me of a crazy idea I had at the beginning of the conflict. Air drop single shot zip guns all over Russia. It arms dissidents/mobs but is of no use to the army. It could be quite de-stabilizing.
Wow has that been used before? I can't think what kind of effect that would have given the Russian population
In WW2, the American OSS made single shot Liberator pistols and gave them all over occupied France to harass German forces. No idea how effective it was tho.
I don't know it's just a crazy idea I had.
