Just saw them play for the first time last night in Charlotte NC. They were great, played Cope and Shake it Out, which I wanted to hear, but was a short set. It was an outdoor amphitheatre with a local noise ordinance cutting off all performance at 11pm. They didn't start until almost 10pm, so only had an hour of stage time.

The Golden Rule: Music taste is subjective so don't be a gatekeeping asshole. There's no "bad music", only music you like or don't like.
We Are A Community: So no racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, ableism, or spam.

Where to find ren:
the new album/ep is super good - very emotive, tender, emotional. Highly recommend! Will need to dive into their catalogue.
Oh sweet, I loved the million masks of god!
I was really into their albums Simple Math and Mean Everything to Nothing for a while.
Then they released Cope and it's companion album Hope which were cool because Cope was their normal sound and Hope was the same songs but acoustic.
I don't think I've listened to them since then so I have some catching up to do!
they've been on Comedy Bang Bang a couple times, but I rarely follow up on bands there - which is dumb because Aukerman has music tastes that align with me.
