So for background during the event, the task and staring at my [phone] item has wrecked my graphics to the point I need the [glasses] item to turn it back up, but I am concerned about adapting to it as I heard it might cause the effects {nausea} and {headaches} at first.

Also, I think getting used to having the frame of the [glasses] in my field of view might be really odd and difficult to get used to.

Any tips from veteran [glasses] users?
