Jenna and Angela discussed this on their podcast. I mostly agree with their reasoning. My list is Jim (duh), Toby (because he simps for Michael and Michael hates Toby), Ryan (this time because he's jealous of Michael's love of Ryan), and maybe Kelly just because he finds her annoying and her association with Ryan.

If not Kelly I could also see it being Creed due to the potential subconscious realization that Creed is a glimpse into Dwight's future
