Lemme guess: The Chooks had enough ball and in attacking areas, but just didn't look like scoring.
They've had no zip or creativity all year, and make whoever they are playing look like defensive specialists.
Meanwhile on the defensive side, it's usually 1 set, 1 try lol. Roosters can't defend 2 sets in a row.
Yep! They controlled the field position in the first half, they were monstering the broncos pack and starting their own sets on their 30-40m line every time.
Sigh. It's so predictable, I feel like Nostradamus!

What is this referee even doing? He called time off with 3 seconds still on the shot clock and 1 second left on the clock. The broncos have 40 seconds to take the dropout, it should have just run the clock out.
Penalty count is getting a bit out of control at 6-1, but most of them were pretty blatant so can’t really be too mad.
Herbie really turning into one of the best centres in the game, devastated that we let him go.

Geez I hate that from the refs - call six again for the roosters only for them to drop the ball literally 2 seconds later, and they don’t go back and give them a penalty. That’s not how 6 again should work. Roosters for dudded there.

As much as I think Walters is an absolute plodder who is our weakest link, he’s picked up his game the last few weeks in attack at least.

Honestly if I'm the roosters I'm cutting him. Let him go to rugby early if they'll take him. He's not going to be at the club for much longer, and as you say he has done little all season.

Interesting that the ref now mentions that a six again was given so if it’s a no try it’s a penalty to the roosters, yet before when they got 6 again and then instantly dropped it there’s no penalty.
2 vs 12, the roosters will be looking to push for a finals spot being only 2 points behind 8th.
The Little General V2 has really turned up the second half of this season. He’s steering the team around amazingly well. Easily one of the best signings we’ve ever made. If he stays uninjured we will give this premiership a real crack.
