A couple of months ago I purchased a couch and a couple of weeks ago I purchased some covers. Anyone knows what is this bug?

Thanks for all the replies!

I just cleaned the room in depth, specially the couch, and washed the covers. I only saw that one, I suspect it came with the covers.

Check your books and papers. That's where you really need them to stay away.

Silverfish are able to digest cellulose by themselves, thanks to the cellulase that is produced by their midgut. They consume matter that contains polysaccharides, such as starches and dextrin in adhesives. These include book bindings, carpet, clothing, coffee, dandruff, glue, hair, some paints, paper, photos, plaster, and sugar. They will damage wallpaper in order to consume the paste. Silverfish can also cause damage to tapestries.
