Kaervek?! I remember him from Mirage block, was not expecting to see him here.

Also that is some of the most horrific art I’ve seen on a card in a while!

He was mysteriously freed from a magical stasis prison in Zhalfir during March of the Machine.

Not sure how he ended up working with Oko.

But he ha been known as "the merciless" so the horrific art fits there.

He had another pretty "meh" card release in the M21 set
