"acquired taste" mainly means "tastes bad"
you fool, you played yourself.
The only taste that's not "acquired" is mothers milk. Everything else is something you learn to appreciate.
if you've never liked something the first time you might have some severe and uncommon sensory issues.
Look I saw a YouTube short about "sweet" being the only taste we like from birth because babies have to drink milk and everything else is an acquired taste, which is why liquorice tastes bad to people who don't eat liquorice and who am I to question a random man on youtube?
there's pleasure in bitterness. open yourself to a wider variety of experiences.
