Vans keep killing kids! Time to… ban e-bikes?
This bill is completely brainless.
Bill isn't that bad. Restricts kids from using stronger e-bikes.
It restricts them from using all e-bikes, even low speed ones which are not very dangerous.
Young people deserve transportation access too.
