By recognizable I mean ones your can tell a game was made in it immediately. Engines like IGM, TMT, or Profectus.

Relatedly, what are your favorite games made in an engine such as those? Or most impressive use of the engine.

If the game is well done, engine doesn't matter so much. LISA for example, was made in RPGMaker, as was To the Moon. Both were well loved. Incrementals might be a smidge different, but I feel like the argument still applies.

That's a good point, rpg maker does often fall into the "you can recognize a game was made in it" definition, especially if they use any of the stock assets, but much less so than you can immediately tell if a game was made in TMT, for example.
