I fully support tagging these nsfw/spoiler. However, I am the opposite and love seeing creepy realistic-ish images like these. Fills me with joy lol.

I think NSFW makes the most sense, since I don't believe Spoiler will hide the image. And we should all just use our best judgement on when to do it.
