The lib I work with is literally like this and when I point out how stupid some of the stories we're being fed are he's like "Don't you think that..."

No I don't, I'm tired of this, I want evidence or it's idiotic propaganda. If you have to convince me with rhetoric then it's false. We're at a point where we're drowning in evidence, and you people still resort to rhetoric when what you are is just a conservative in sheep's clothing and are too scared to rock the boat of empire.
