The blood donation lady asked me if I was hydrated and I said I think so. She asked how much I drank and was surprised to hear I usually drink 4L before noon

I drink a lot of water in relation to most people I know, but 4l by noon is a ton. If I were to guess I'd say 1.5-2l is where I'm at by noon, and 3-4l by the end of the say.
