Speaking of fast, the fastest train in Japan* is Keisei Skyliner(京成スカイライナー)!! Only 41 minutes to get from Nanita Airport to Ueno!!

For Yokohama area, I still prefer taking Keisei Skyliner and transferring JR lines at Ueno station, which cost 3150 yens and 1hr 33 min (according to result of Japan Transit Planner)
