One of my moles in the mod team (I have many) revealed that they hold an annual meet-up at an Indonesian Denny's and give each other a small assortment of performance awards known as the "Moddies". (hexbear.net)

The mod who removes the most posts gets a Moddie and a genuine soviet-era watch. My mole could only describe the trophy since photographs of it all corrupted. It was gold-ish; tall and yet also squat at the same time; pointy and yet flat at all ends; eye-hurtlingly shiny but also had a cataracts-like darkness around it; seemingly light and additionally heavy. It also had a hefty hexagonal base and Wedding cake groom-like little man on top.

They had trouble remembering what the other awards were for, but felt most of them involved censorship. Also couldn't remember who won them.

They said then after this was handed out they rated every user on a giant tier list that took hours of debate and I got put in the bottom of F tier. SoylentSnake was top S tier for some reason (I don't get it).

They also said all the mods only wore cloth masks with visible holes in them and would frequently pull them down under their noses and snort their ice waters through their noses. No one but my mole ate and he was left with the bill and tip as each mod vanished one-by-one each time they blinked.
