I’m apparently supposed to empathize with a woman with the time and financial resources

Nah you right, let's take Hershy's side instead. 🙄

According to Consumer Reports, Hershey's dark chocolate has unacceptably high levels of lead and cadmium, and they do not appear to care. Hershey's execs can DIAF. Didn't change the fact that this is a dumb suit.

If it harms people who put cadmium in chocolate why do you care?

They still mislead consumers in addition to their other sins.

My main point is that if a disappointing candy wrapper is the worst part of your day, you've got a pretty solid life going on.

If losing a lawsuit when they're flagrantly culpable is the worst The Hershey Company suffers in a day, more bad things should happen to them.
