Hier ein Wort, das im Gegensatz zu vielen Anglizismen aus dem Deutschen ins Englische übernommen wurde:

The term is borrowed from German and literally means "children-garden" or "garden of children". The term was coined in the metaphorical sense of "place where children can grow in a natural way", not in the literal sense of having a "garden".

Kennt jemand noch andere "Germanizismen"?

Und heutzutage heißt das überall KiTa...
