Welcome to today’s daily kōrero!

Anyone can make the thread, first in first served. If you are here on a day and there’s no daily thread, feel free to create it!

Anyway, it’s just a chance to talk about your day, what you have planned, what you have done, etc.

So, how’s it going?

RANT So NIB update their stupid website and phone app. Now I can't log into the account because it says my email address is unrecognised, despite having sent the access code to my email address...WTF. So, log in with wife's email and I get in after having her text me the code she received. Ok, all good, let's update my details because they discarded my address and set it to hers. Nope. It won't change. So I set her address to mine, and it updates my email address with mine. Ok, we're getting there. Log out, log in, it works.

Now it won't let me set my wife's email address, so now she can't log in.

For something fundamental as logging in, one would think they would have tested this. I'm sure I'm not alone. Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaargh!

Nib health insurance? If it makes you feel any better, they are bottom of the list for customer satisfaction, so you're definitely not alone 😆

@[email protected] I'd recommend moving to another health insurance, as Dave said NIB is at the bottom of the list. We moved to SC from AA Health (underwritten by NIB). A bit more expensive but I feel much better now. When I need it, hopefully never, I don't want issues with the insurer.

Problem is, my work pays for it. So I'm kinda stuck
