Chilean voters have rejected a conservative constitution to replace the country’s dictatorship-era charter, a little over a year after turning down a proposed leftist charter.

Always easier to be against something than for something - especially with social media being what it is I'm kind of sceptical they will find a solution that doesn't manage to point out wedge issues for half the population
