I did something similar to this at work. I took a screen shot of a coworker while he was speaking and then made it my background. I sized it so that if I stayed centered, I was blocking him, and it looked like I was in his living room.
At the next team meeting, it was great to see the wave of smiles as people noticed it. Especially hisπ.
A little bit of editing and you could delete him from the image. Then you could send it to everyone in the office and troll your coworker. :)
