In Tyumen, unknown persons set fire to an electric locomotive

Three people set fire to an electric locomotive in Tyumen that was parked without a crew.

They walked along the railway tracks to an electric locomotive standing in the depot, opened the side door on the driver's side, took an object out of their bag and put it into the electric locomotive, after which a fire started there. 999 is the traditional number, but 112 goes to the same place (even if you're not calling from a mobile, where GSM requires 112 to work). No idea about the US.
