In a way, I have more contempt for Blair than Bush. Bush is a reprehensible war criminal, but he and the neocons in his cabinet had agency, they dictated the terms of the agenda. Blair is a reprehensible war criminal but had no agency, just a sniveling, genuflecting lap dog.
