Not to be pedantic but wasn't SpongeBob already in water? He would've absorbed and been filled with water, so those pictures mean the meme writer was totally hydrated, yes?

That episode takes place with Spongebob going over to Sandy's place, which is devoid of water. So no. Dehydrated.
