Do you think Firefox with Youtube enhancer extension is safe?

Personally I doubt it, but something like adnauseam.io might fly under the radar. You still see still ads with it, nothing is 'blocked' as such. It just spares you from the visual and auditory facerape that YouTube are such fans of.
