I guess his $60 is excluding restaurants?

The article quotes where he pretty much says he never cooks and just buys all his food ready to eat.

However, in post-debate comments, Luxon said his shop was for breakfast supplies and some lunch ingredients, and that he grabbed most of his other meals on the go.

His weekly supermarket shop seems to be breakfast food and occasionally something for lunch.

The only outstanding question is whether he has McDonald's every night or if he's eating at restaurants.
