Contrary to all the others in this thread, the cop at my school was a great guy.
And I mean, school shootings aside, if you have thousands of kids in one area, seems pretty reasonable to have a cop.
Wtf, no that is not reasonable at all. Literally no one outside of America does this
Also there's countless articles about teachers risking or sacrificing their lives to stop school shooters. Can't say the same for SROs
so they can do what? stop and frisk black kids? tase 14 year olds that get into fights? groom and SA underage girls? pigs should be kept far away from kids
I'm operating under the assumption that most cops are not "pigs", because under yours, police shouldn't exist in the first place and so we couldn't even be having this argument
sorry I don't feel comfortable putting my kids near statistically significant domestic abusers
