Ledger until recently.

I like OneKey as it is based on Trezor (and open source) but I worry that they'll abandon the project if it doesn't pay off. Then there's Trezor, now tye gold standard for hardware wallets period.

There are some projects building Monero and multicoin firmwares for the blockstream jade and seedsigner, two open source bitcoin only hardware wallets. I love those interfaces, transactions are shared via qr code, truly airgapped with only that one interface, I think it's great.
