Valve quietly not publishing games that contain AI generated content if the submitters can't prove they own the rights to the assets the AI was trained on

One group thinks that banning stable diffusion will make the tech go away, instead of forcing everyone to rely on Adobe etc. They are trying to snuff out open source alternatives, since largely only companies can train with paid data.

Another thinks that AI does everything on their own with just a single prompt and soon we will have entire games created by AI or some shit.

Both are horribly incorrect.

AI won't replace human jobs, at least not yet, and banning SD wont do anything. It will just make things worse.
