Not really an aficionado, I can't afford and usually don't bother with the truly gourmet stuff. In terms of what is available at colesworth, for tuna my favourite is Sirena, and for sardines the Sole Mare wood smoked sardines are the absolute bomb. It's too good for anything other than eating on its own.
